Your books, closed by the 10th. Or that month is free.
You run the crews. We take care of the books. Your own bookkeeper keeps every account up to date, closes your month before the 10th, and checks in with you by text once a week.

The reality
Busy season hides the money problems
You pay twice at tax time
Shoebox receipts and a mixed personal account mean your tax preparer spends March fixing books before filing, and bills you for it.
You can't see which jobs make money
Revenue looks fine, but labor and drive time on small one-off calls often eat the profit. Without job costing, you keep saying yes to the wrong work.
Venmo pay becomes a January mess
Helpers paid by cash app still count. For 2026 payments, any contractor you pay $2,000 or more needs a 1099-NEC, and you need their W-9 on file.
Who we work for
For owners who'd rather be on the job than on the books

Is this job actually making you money?
Most owners price by gut and by what the guy down the street charges. Plug in one real job and see what's left after crew time, drive time, materials and overhead, plus the price you'd need to hit your target margin.

Our promise to you
Hi, I'm Div. I'll treat your books like they're mine.
I run a service business here in Houston, so I know the drill: a full day of work, then receipts and invoices at the kitchen table. Most owners I meet are great at their trade and buried in paperwork.
SolBook is simple. You get one bookkeeper who knows the trades, answers your texts and closes your books every month. If we're late, you don't pay. That's the deal.

The 10th-of-the-month guarantee
If your books aren't closed by the 10th, you don't pay for that month. It holds as long as your bank feeds stay connected and you answer the weekly text within 3 business days.

Talk to us
[email protected] Are you a CPA firm?
No. We're a bookkeeping service. We keep your books, reports and contractor records, and we work alongside your CPA or tax preparer. We don't prepare income tax returns or provide audit or review services.
Who handles my financial data?
Your bookkeeper does, with read-only access to your bank, so nobody can move money. Every account uses two-step sign-in, and we follow a written information security plan to keep your records safe.
Do I have to change my payroll or invoicing app?
No. We work with what you use now and match it to your books. If you're on spreadsheets, we set up QuickBooks Online or Xero for you.
I'm a year behind. Is that a problem?
It's common. The Catch-up Sprint rebuilds the missing months at $350 per month behind, done in 14 days, and you can split it into 3 payments.
Do you handle 1099s for my helpers?
We collect W-9s, track every contractor payment all year, and hand you or your tax preparer a ready-to-file 1099 list. For 2026 payments the filing threshold is $2,000 per contractor.
