Months behind on your books? Current in 14 days.
The Catch-up Sprint rebuilds every missing month, sorted by job and service, ready for your tax preparer. Flat price, split into 3 payments if you need to.
The problem
Busy season buries the books
Most owners we talk to fell behind the same way: a good season, more crews, and receipts piling up in the truck. Then tax season comes, and the preparer either charges you to sort it out or files an extension.
Behind books cost you three ways. You pay your tax preparer to clean up. You miss deductions you can't prove. And you can't see which jobs actually made money.
Price
$350 per month behind · $1,500 minimum
Flat price, agreed before we start. No hourly bills, no surprise invoices. See every plan and add-on.
Example
9 months behind = $3,150, or 3 payments of $1,050. Start a monthly plan within 30 days of finishing and your first month is free.
How it works
Three steps, 14 days
Connect your accounts, read-only
We link your bank and card accounts with view-only access. Nobody can move money. Send us whatever records you have: statements, receipts, invoices, payroll reports.
We rebuild every missing month
Every transaction categorized and reconciled to the bank, sorted by job and service line. Helpers paid by cash, Venmo or Zelle get tracked for 1099s. Questions come to you in one batch, not 40 emails.
Your tax-ready package
Profit and loss, balance sheet and a 1099 list for each year we covered, in one clean file for your CPA or tax preparer. Then we keep you current, if you want.

Our guarantees
The deal, in plain English
Three promises in writing, so the risk sits with us, not you.
Closed by the 10th, or that month is free
If your books aren't closed by the 10th, you don't pay for that month. Applies while your accounts stay connected and you answer the weekly text within 3 business days.
CPA-ready, or we fix it and the next month is free
If your CPA or tax preparer sends back anything in our year-end package, we fix it within 5 business days and your next month is on us.
No contracts. Your books stay yours.
Month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice, and your QuickBooks file and every report go with you.
Any number of forms, on any plan. 1099-NECs are due to the IRS and your contractors by January 31, so this is the month to get it handled. We onboard 10 new businesses a month so every client gets a bookkeeper who knows them.

Questions
Straight answers
How far back can you go?
As far as you need. Most catch-ups are 3 to 18 months. If you haven't filed a tax return for a year or more, we'll catch up the books and your CPA handles the filing.
What if I've lost receipts?
Your bank and card statements are the backbone. We rebuild from those, and flag anything your preparer should know about.
Is 14 days a promise?
Yes, from the day we have access to your accounts and statements. Bigger jobs, like 2+ years or several entities, get a written date before you pay.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Split it into 3 payments: one to start, one at the halfway point, one at delivery.
Will this fix my taxes?
It gets your books ready for taxes. Filing returns, amending past returns and tax advice are done by your CPA or tax preparer. If you don't have one, we can introduce you to one of our CPA partners.
Ready to get your evenings back?
Two minutes, eight taps, and you'll know exactly where your books stand, plus which plan fits.
