Contractors · remodelers · handymen
Bookkeeping for contractors who'd rather be on the job.
Job costing, subcontractor 1099s, materials tracked to the right job, and books closed by the 10th. Built for general contractors, remodelers and handymen across Greater Houston.
What's different about your books
Contractor books break in specific places
Generic bookkeeping misses what makes construction money hard to track.
Materials on the wrong job
Home Depot runs for three jobs on one receipt. Unless it's split, every job's profit is wrong.
Subs paid five ways
Cash, Zelle, checks. Each sub needs a W-9 and, for 2026 payments of $2,000+, a 1099-NEC.
Deposits vs. earned revenue
Big deposits make a slow month look great and the next one look terrible.
Small jobs that lose money
Handyman calls with long drives quietly eat margin. Job costing shows it.
Commercial vs. residential
In Texas, commercial repair and remodeling is taxable. Residential repair labor generally isn't.
Loan and bonding paperwork
Banks and bonding companies want clean financial statements on short notice.
