If your CPA or tax preparer sends back anything in our year-end package, we fix it within 5 business days and your next month is on us.

Month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice, and your QuickBooks file and every report go with you.

How much does a QuickBooks cleanup cost?
A cleanup is priced like a Catch-up Sprint: $350 per month that needs fixing, with a $1,500 minimum, done in 14 days. If only a few accounts need work, we quote less after a free look at your file.
Do I need QuickBooks Online, or will Desktop work?
We work in QuickBooks Online and Xero. If you're on Desktop, we can move you to Online as part of the cleanup.
Who pays for the QuickBooks subscription?
You do, directly to Intuit, so the file is always yours. If you leave us, nothing changes about your access.
Can you connect Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan?
Yes. We connect your field software and match its invoices and payments to your deposits so revenue isn't counted twice.
